We roast above the café in small batches, so the beans you drink were likely roasted this week. Three house roasts, rotating single origins, and baristas who taste every batch before it hits the bar.

How we work

Three things we never rush.

SourcingWe buy seasonally from growers we know, paying above market for quality green beans.
RoastingSmall 12kg batches, profiled by hand and cupped before any of it reaches the café.
The pourScales, timers, and fresh grinds every morning — consistency you can taste daily.
Easily my favourite coffee in the city. The flat white is perfect, the pastries go fast, and the staff remember your order. It just feels like home.
