Questions, answered

Common questions

Still have a question? Send us a message — we're glad to help, with no obligation.

How does the trial fee and “pay only when satisfied” work?
You pay a small trial fee and we build a complete, working first version of your site. You review it live and decide: proceed, and you pay the balance while we launch and host it; or step away, with nothing further to pay — the trial fee covered the design work.
What's included in the price?
Design, build, and your first year of hosting are all included in the one-time price for your tier. We also assist with copy and essential search setup so customers can find you.
How long does it take?
Most sites go from first call to launch in one to two weeks, depending on how quickly you can provide details and feedback. We keep projects moving and respond promptly.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
None at all. That's the purpose of Launchd — you focus on your business while we handle the design, the build, the hosting, and the technical details.
